New Executive Director Roundtable: The First 5 Years

The Nonprofit Executive Director Roundtable is a supportive space for leaders to share their challenges in a confidential setting.  Being a nonprofit executive director/CEO can be one of the most rewarding, yet stressful jobs – especially when you are a new organization.  Providing leadership for the board and for the staff can leave the executive director without peers within an organization, which can be isolating. Whether it’s boards, staff, development, strategy, time management, or succession planning – share with peers your most pressing concerns while finding new avenues for collaboration and innovation.  Give yourself the time and space to renew and refresh and to make new connections!

This event is open to executive directors or chief executive officers of any size of organization that is a member of Maryland Nonprofits or the Nonprofit Development Center and who have been in their position for less than five years.
