Outcomes Thinking & Management: Shifting Focus from Activities To Impact

With the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, we know it’s a challenging time for everyone. Funders increasingly want to invest in a nonprofit’s impact, not activities. This is particularly true in times of crisis, like the COVID-19 era. In this hands-on, two-part virtual workshop, learn to shift your nonprofit organization’s focus and communication tactics from activities to outcomes. Candid will discuss and learn how nonprofit organizations can develop frameworks for tracking the outcomes and impact of their work, and how to successfully articulate that to funders. During these interactive virtual sessions, you will have the opportunity to identify outcomes for your own project or program, create your own logic model, and receive peer feedback in small group virtual breakout sessions. This course will also include self-paced activities and assignments to complete between the two live sessions.
